Chocolat is a 2000 British-American drama movie that tells the story of a young mother, Vianne Rocher who is an expert chocolatier and her daughter Anouk. The mother-daughter duo, wander across Europe and eventually reaches a fictional French village, Lansquenet-sous-Tannes. This village is held together by tradition and convention, a far difference from the lifestyle that Vianne follows. Vianne is more unconventional than the rest of the women in the town and does not fit well with the people in the village. She however overlooks this and opens a small chocolaterie in the village. Her chocolate slowly starts to change the lives and outlooks of the people in the small French village. Charlie is one of the lucky five to win a tour to the factory. Charlie is accompanied by his grandfather and they soon meet Willy Wonka, the eccentric personality who takes them on an adventure filled tour of the greatest chocolate factory in the world.
